Please ensure that you are utilizing the correct browser for your device
Android phone and PCs (Windows) – Google Chrome
To set chrome as your default browser:
- On your computer, open Chrome
- On your computer, click the Start menu
- Click Settings
- Click Apps
- On the left, select Default Apps
- Click Web Browser and select Google Chrome
iPhone or Mac – Safari
If the link automatically opens in a different browser, please copy and paste your Telehealth link into Chrome or Safari.
Additional Troubleshooting Tips
Be sure your microphone and camera settings are on and are allowing apps to access both the microphone and camera. Also, check that the volume on your phone/computer is turned up.
- PC – Windows: Settings → Privacy → Microphone/Camera → Set to On
- Mac – Safari: With Safari open, click Safari → Preference → Websites → Camera/Microphone → Set to Ask/Allow
- iPhone – Safari: Settings → Safari → Camera and Microphone → Set to Ask/Allow
If your telehealth session is not working, it could be due to firewall settings, blocked pop-ups, working with a VPN, or not having an updated browser. Click here for more detailed information and solutions for these issues.
