Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now open in the Harrisburg area of Charlotte, North Carolina. The clinic is conveniently located at 9392 Sullivan Vale Lane, Off Rocky River Road, after Dunkin Donuts. The office is scheduling new patients, accepts most insurance plans, and offers convenient hours. The new Harrisburg facility marks the seventh Ivy Rehab location in Charlotte.
Dr. Tanya Sotillo-Pennix, DPT, MS, MBA, Cert.DN serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Harrisburg facility.

Patients love the high energy, fun vibe, and personality Dr. Tanya Sotillo-Pennix brings to each appointment. Tanya was born and raised in Staten Island, New York. She attended UNC-Charlotte for her undergraduate degree, where she ran Division 1 Cross Country and track. She also ran cross country and track while attending Long Island University for her graduate degree.
Outside work, Tanya sits on the board of two non-profit organizations in Charlotte. She also is the co-chair of the Queen City Entrepreneurs’ Conference. She continues her love for running while competing as a master’s Track and field athlete with Charlotte Track Club.
