Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now open in Suffield, CT

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now open in Suffield, Connecticut. The clinic is conveniently located at 226 Mountain Road, next to McAllister Intermediate School. The office is scheduling new patients, accepts most insurance plans, and offers convenient hours and parking. With nearly 20 locations in Connecticut, this new location joins Ivy Rehab’s rapidly expanding footprint along the East Coast. 

Mark Pillsbury, PT, DPT, OCS, AIB-CVR, CCI, TPI, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Suffield facility.  

“I am excited to partner with Ivy Rehab to open an industry-leading physical therapy clinic centered around health and wellness,” said Mark Pillsbury, DPT, OCS, AIB-CVR, TPI. “Suffield holds a special place in my heart, and I look forward to helping the community with all their rehabilitation needs.”  

Mark brings to Ivy a decade of experience in multiple physical therapy settings including outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facilities working with people across the lifespan from infants to older adults. Mark has been practicing physical therapy since 2014 after receiving his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Hartford. 

He joined Ivy Rehab in 2022 and began his work in the Southington location, where he was the interim Clinical Director. Mark has also provided high-quality care for the West Hartford community for the past year, collaborating with local physicians to promote multidisciplinary care for his patients. Additionally, he is Ivy Rehab’s Regional Clinical Education Coordinator for Northern Connecticut where he guides doctoral students through their affiliation process while working at Ivy Rehab locations throughout Connecticut. 

Outside of work, Mark and his family enjoy the outdoors, camping, traveling, and sports.  

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in Suffield, CT, provides treatments that include balance and fall prevention, chronic pain, sports physical therapy, soft tissue and joint mobilization, orthopedic therapy, post-surgical treatment, and more.
