Ivy Rehab for Kids and Ivy ABA have opened a unique facility in the Bon Air area of North Chesterfield, Virginia. This new center features two specialized offices catering to pediatric physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis therapy.
At each location, a team of exceptionally skilled therapists is dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of every patient. The focus remains on close collaboration with patients to design comprehensive strategies, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to guiding them toward reaching their full potential.
Ivy Rehab for Kids
Emily Tucker, OTR/L, serves as the Clinic Director and Pediatric Occupational Therapist at the kids’ facility in Bon Air.
“I’m overjoyed to open a practice that will offer pediatric physical, occupation, speech, and ABA therapy to all of our patients,” said Emily. “I feel confident we will provide the best care and work to collaborate across disciplines to support patient progress.”
Emily has worked with Ivy Rehab for Kids for four years and is excited to serve the Richmond community with a holistic health practice. Emily started as an ABA tech in 2010 before graduating in 2013 with her Master’s in Occupational Therapy. She has seven years of experience as an Occupational Therapist with a strong background in feeding, self-regulation, and executive functioning skills.
She is passionate about providing collaborative care to her patients with a wrap-around approach to support parents, caregivers, and families with appropriate coaching for skill generalization. She is trained in the Zones of Regulation, SOS Approach to Feeding, and Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Interventions. She has experience working with a sensory informed approach and is a strengths-based therapist. She looks forward to expanding her Ivy family at the Bon Air clinic!

Ivy ABA – Autism Center
Erin Farneth, M.A., BCBA, LBA, serves as the Clinic Director and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst at the ABA facility in Bon Air.
“I am thrilled to be opening this clinic in Richmond, an area I’ve called home for the past eleven years. I’m excited for the local autism community to have access to a “one-stop-shop” for services where all providers work as a team for the most effective and efficient treatment,” said Erin. “Collaborating with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality and comprehensive ABA therapy represents a distinctive approach that will bring about positive changes in the lives of our patients and their families.”
Erin has worked in the Applied Behavior Analysis field with individuals with Autism for over ten years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech in 2011 and her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Drexel University in 2019. Erin has experience providing ABA therapy to children and young adults in a variety of settings, including clinic-based services, in-home services, and community-based services. Her creativity, calm demeanor, and enthusiasm have allowed her to deliver exceptional patient services.
Erin is a dedicated and highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) committed to providing evidence-based, neurodiverse-affirming ABA therapy. She recognizes and embraces the natural diversity of neurological experiences and cognitive differences and strives to create environments that both respect and support neurodiverse individuals. Erin believes strongly in inclusion, understanding, and celebrating the unique strengths and perspectives that neurodivergent individuals bring to the world.
