Dr. Michael Quintans, DPT Opens a New Physical Therapy & Wellness Institute Clinic in Berwyn, PA

PTW is Now Open in Berwyn, PA

The Physical Therapy & Wellness Institute, an Ivy Rehab Network partner, is now open in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. The clinic is located next to CVS Pharmacy at 548-1 Lancaster Avenue. The Ivy Rehab Network has a strong presence in the state of Pennsylvania with nearly 80 locations. 

Dr. Michael Quintans, PT, DPT, OCS will serve as the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the Berwyn facility. 

“I have had the fortunate opportunity of opening multiple clinics in Delaware County and am proud to bring a state-of-the-art clinic to Berwyn,” said Mike. “It’s been a dream of mine to integrate physical therapy and sports performance utilizing a treatment model that fosters a bridge between a progressive approach of physical therapy to fitness and performance. My energy and satisfaction come from advancing motivated sports medicine clinical specialists to empower our patients and clients to achieve optimal levels of function and performance.” 

Mike brings charisma, energy, and passion with him everywhere he goes, but nowhere does it shine more than in the physical therapy clinic. Over the past decade, Mike has practiced in Media, Newtown Square, Ardmore, and now is bringing the PTW performance therapy model to Berwyn, PA. 

 The Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Clinic Director of the Year in 2020 brings with him a wealth of knowledge in sports medicine and orthopedics where he utilizes an evidence-based approach in his treatment model. He has facilitated injury recovery for dozens of student-athletes in the Berwyn area by helping athletes of all ages identify and improve limitations in their movement patterns, enhancing health and performance.  

Mike is the proud father of his one-year-old daughter, Alina, and husband to a marathoner and cardiovascular and pulmonary specialist physical therapist, Melanie.

PTW in Berwyn provides treatments that include sports rehabilitation, arthritis, balance and fall prevention, blood flow restriction, physical therapy, soft tissue mobilization, orthopedic therapy, TMJ treatment, and vertigo treatment.
